GUIDA CASELLA

Guida (b. 1974) lives and works in Lisbon. She graduated with a degree in Fine Arts from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Lisbon in 2000, and obtained an MA in Archaeological Illustration at the Swindon College of Art, University of Bath in 2005. Since then, Guida has mainly been working on scientific illustration and information graphics for archaeology, museums as well as medical institutions. Her work is inspired by 19th century illustration with scientific accuracy and great attention to detail. In addition to the field of science, Guida also works in the fields of advertising, branding and music. And when she's not working she likes to travel around.
