Ilja Karsikas

Ilja will be on child care leave from the 1st of February till the end of year 2013. During this time he will be working only a few days a month so he's taking only selected commissions. However if you have some interesting work or project, don't hesitate to contact us!

Ilja Karsikas (b. 1978) is a Helsinki-based illustrator and graphic designer. He graduated with a degree in graphic design from the Lahti Institute of Design in 2003. Strong colours, an abundance of details and an imaginative atmosphere define Ilja’s illustrations. His techniques vary from ink drawing to digital collage and gouache painting. Along with illustrating, Ilja designs e.g. record covers and books.
