Terhi Ekebom (b. 1971) is an artist, graphic designer and illustrator from Helsinki. She graduated from the University of Arts and Design Helsinki in 2000 and EVTEK (now Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences) in 2002, after studying art and graphic design.
Terhi’s work has been displayed in various exhibitions e.g. at the Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma in Helsinki.
She works with many different techniques. In her latest graphic novel ‘Honeymoon Island’, Terhi used a new scratchboard technique that she developed using ink and oil pastels.
She also loves to make wall paintings and take care of her small garden.
